Financial Policy

We have several payment options for you to choose from including cash, checks, credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover and American Express) and we also offer a 6-12 month interest-free payment plan through Care Credit. Care Credit is a GE Money Company, which offers no interest financing with low minimum monthly payments designed to fit your budget. Many of our patients who do not have dental insurance use Care Credit to obtain the desired dental treatment with a very easy method to cover the cost. You can apply online yourself using the following link, or we can assist you when in our office.

If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to complete and submit your claim forms. Your insurance company will provide benefits according to the provision of your particular policy. With the exception of covered preventative care, you will be expected to pay a portion of the charge at the time of the initial treatment/procedure.

We are happy to submit a pre-treatment estimate for more extensive dental care to your insurance company. Your insurance company will notify you of the amount they will cover in advance of treatment. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.

Treatment plans and recommendations are based on what is best for you. There may be times when your covered benefits do not include all recommended treatment. You will be expected to pay for any non-covered services but we will work with you and your plan to make sure you receive full benefits from your policy.
